The mission of Essential Bodywork, LLC is to provide a healing respite to those living with cancer and empower caregivers with our Good Touch workshops.

Relieving your discomfort

The medical profession generally accepts the benefits of gentle, therapeutic massage.  Professional touch therapy can reduce many of the discomforts associated with cancer and its treatments by easing muscle tension and aiding the body in eliminating toxins.  In addition, massage offers the mind, body and spirit a reprieve and renewed energy to tolerate medical procedures.

Your emotional well-being

Our therapists offer skilled and caring touch to help affirm that life still holds positive experiences.  One-on-one sessions can nurture and soothe your mind, body and spirit.  Massage is a worthwhile endeavor even in a schedule crowded with appointments.  Each session is individually tailored to meet the patient's needs.  All stages of cancer are eligible for care.

A physician's prescription is mandatory.
